How does mass and acceleration relate to force?
Materials used:
long wooden plank (track) toy car, weights, stop watch, data table
Hypothesis:
the more weight in the car would make it go down the slope faster
Procedure:
have three different weights and three different clinch slopes. time all three weights for all three inclines.
- gather materials
- make chart according to procedure
- set up an interval of weights to test
- find mass of car
- measure height of incline per every test
- send cars down incline
- find times via stopwatch
- find results in data table
Conclusion:
depending on the force of the object it changes the acceleration time
