NEWTONS QUIZ

What are the relationships between force and motion?

The relationship between force and motion is very similar. force is the amount of pressure that is put on the object. The motion of the object is determined by the amount of force on the object and where the force is placed. Newtons three laws also determine whether the object will move or not

What are the variables that affect motion and force?

The variables that affect motion and force include the gravitational force and the friction placed on the object. variables also include M/S^2 and A=F/M

How does Newton’s three laws describe the motion of a moving
object?

Newtons three laws describe the different ways gravity and mass affect the movement of an object.
the first law says "an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless an outside force acts upon it. in this case gravity affects us on a daily basis. without gravity airplanes would continue moving as well as all other objects.

how does gravity impact objects?

Gravity affects the way things move and what force is applied to them. newtons first law describes this. without gravity an object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion unless an outside force acts upon it. also known as gravity.
